„Virtual High Temperature Conversion Processes“

VIRTUHCON is the acronym for Virtual High Temperature Conversion Processes. These processes will be investigated by young international scientists at a recently established research centre at TU Bergakademie Freiberg.
The project has been initiated by eight institutes of the university. Funding is provided from the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF) and the Saxon State Ministry for Higher Education, Research and the Fine Arts within the framework of the Entrepreneurial Regions Initiative "Centres for Innovation Competence: Create Excellence - Foster Talents".
Within the project basic research which is already oriented to future high-technology markets and therefore creating the basis for successful procedural and technological innovations is funded.

On the following web pages we would like to introduce to you the vision and topics of Virtuhcon and keep you informed about actual developments.
